Tropicana Residences KLCC (GPS: 3.15863, 101.70987) is a luxury condominium in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Located on Jalan Ampang, it occupies the same 55-storey skyscraper as W Kuala Lumpur. The 235-meter building was built by Dijaya Corporation. The condominium units will occupy levels 24 to 53. There is a total of 353 condominium units. Each unit will have a built up area ranging from 710 square feet, for the 1-bedroom units, to 1,604 square foot, for the 3-bedroom units.
Facilities at Tropicana Residences KLCC include multi-level parking, a saltwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sky Gym, deck, loft and lounge, among others.
