The Troika (GPS: 3.15803, 101.71784) is a luxury condominium complex on
Persiaran KLCC in downtown
Kuala Lumpur. Built in 2006 and completed in 2010 on a 2.13-acre piece of freehold land, it was developed by Bandar Raya Development Berhad and designed by the architecture firm of Foster and Partners. The project has a gross development value of RM840 million.
The Troika comprises three skyscrapers connected by double-tier glass-encased skybridges to form a sky lobby on the 24th level of the complex. The three skyscrapers are 38 storeys (160 m/520 ft), 44 storeys (177 m/581 ft) and 50 storeys (204 m/669 ft) tall. There is a total of 172 serviced apartments, 57 SoHo units and 7 penthouses in the complex.
Facilities at The Troika include 24-hour security, multi-storey parking lot, swimming pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, laundry and housekeeping services, barbecue area, function hall, games room, deck and 30,000-square-foot landscaped grounds.
