The Pearl @ KLCC (GPS: 3.1515, 101.71714) is a luxury condominium on Jalan Stonor in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Despite its proximity to KLCC, it is located in a verdant part of the city. The condominium was developed by Malton. Formerly known as Stonor 116, The Pearl @ KLCC is a 41-storey condominium that was completed in early 2011. It has a total of 179 units with built-up area ranging from 3,109 square feet to the 19,623-square-foot penthouse. During its launch, each unit was sold at upwards of RM870 per square foot.
