The Oval Kuala Lumpur (GPS: 3.15627, 101.71915), also known simply as The Oval, is a luxury condominium in Kuala Lumpur. Built on 2.14 acres of freehold land, Oval Kuala Lumpur comprises two 41-storey blocks along Lorong Kuda, at the junction with Persiaran KLCC. Oval Kuala Lumpur was completed in early 2009. It was developed by Titan Debut, a subsidiary of GuocoLand (formerly Hong Leong Properties).
There is a total of 140 condominium units at The Oval Kuala Lumpur. There are two different layouts: Sky Villa has a floor area of 3,750 square feet while Mansionary Villa is 7,600 square feet.
