The Avare (GPS: 3.15557, 101.72031) is a luxury condominium in the KLCC enclave of Kuala Lumpur. Located on Lorong Kuda, this 41-storey condominium was completed in 2009 on freehold land. It was developed by Embassy Court, a joint venture between Telekom Malaysia and Magna Prima. Shaped like a butterfly, has only two units per floor, so there is only a total of 78 units here.
Facilities at The Avare include 24-hour security, multi-storey car park, swimming pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, business centre, clubhouse, children's playground, barbecue area and landscaping.
