Star Residences, Kuala Lumpur

Star Residences (GPS: 3.16141, 101.71242), presently under construction, is an upscale residential complex in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It is located on Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, with its rear to Jalan Mayang. A joint venture between Symphony Life and UM Land, it comprises three residential blocks. The first block, called the Studio Block, will be 50 storeys tall and have 557 units. Block 1 and Block 2 will each be 54 storeys tall, and will each have 490 condominium units. There will be a 4-storey basement car park and an underground mezzanine car park. There will also be a six-storey commercial building.

Facilities at Star Residences include 24-hour security, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a sky bar, an indoor bar and steam bath, among others. The nearest LRT station is the KLCC LRT Station.
