It comprises the aforementioned and E&O Residences, along with a retail component known as St Mary Place. It was developed by Eastern & Oriental Berhad and is located on Jalan Tengah, with its rear to Jalan Sultan Ismail.
St Mary Residences offers various suites. The Studio suites have one bedroom each and measure 1,131 square feet. City suites have 2+1 bedrooms and measure 1,624 square feet. Metro suites have 3+1 bedrooms and measure 2,249 square feet. Finally, the Penthouse suites come with private pool, and have total floor area ranging from 4,130 square feet to 6,769 square feet.
