Safuan Plaza (GPS: 3.16346, 101.69894) is a high-rise building along Jalan Raja Alang in Kuala Lumpur. The 26-storey building located where the neighbourhood of Chow Kit meets Kampung Baru houses a hotel, the Regency Kuala Lumpur, but other than that, it appears forlorn. According to a report on Utusan Malaysia1, the building has been in a state of semi slumber for quite some time.
