K Residence, Kuala Lumpur (14 June, 2017)
K Residence (GPS: 3.15961, 101.71323) is a luxury condominium in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It occupies the 50-storey tower block above the Avenue K Shopping Centre. At the time of its completion, K Residence is the tallest luxury condominium in Malaysia. It offers 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, duplex and triplex units, in a prime location, right across from the Petronas Twin Towers.
K Residence was built by KL Landmark with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM480.3 million, and was completed in 2008. There is a total of 188 units, with cach unit costing above of RM1 million. Built up area of each unit ranges from 1,405 square feet to 10,650 square feet. There are six single-deck high-speed elevators serving the block. Entrance to K Residence is via Lorong Mayang.
