It is being developed by Martego Sdn Bhd and constructed by HAB Construction Sdn Bhd. The condominium is located on Changkat Perak off Jalan P. Ramlee. It comprises two 50-storey blocks with two levels of resident facilities, 5 levels of podium car park and 1 level of basement car park.
