8 Conlay (GPS: 3.15052, 101.71541) is a multi-faceted development on a 1.6-hectare site on Jalan Conlay in downtown Kuala Lumpur. It will have a world-class hotel, the Kempinski, serviced residences called YOO8, and an upscale shopping arcade. The project is being developed by KSK Land.
The 8 Conlay project comprises three skyscrapers on a common podium. The hotel will occupy a 68-storey skyscraper. Beside it are the serviced residences, housed in a 57-storey Tower A and 62-storey Tower B. Tower A will house 563 serviced residences, with built up area ranging from 700 square feet to 1,308 square feet, and selling at an average price of RM3,200 per square foot. Tower B will hold 468 units. The two residential skyscrapers will be connected by sky bridges on level 26 and 44.
