Bandar Darulaman is a township in Jitra, Kedah. Located on the east side of the North South Expressway, it is being developed by BDB Land Sdn Bhd. Among the projects being developed there include the Breeze Lakehomes, Darulaman Golf & Country Club and Taman Tunku Intan Safinaz.
The Breeze Lakehomes is a gated and guarded community with only 20 residential properties. It has double-storey bungalows with built-up area ranging from 3,176 square feet to 3,320 square feet.
Darulaman Golf & Country Club (GPS: 6.24791, 100.43859)
covers 189.61 acres. It has a standard 18-hole golf course. Other facilities include swimming pool, badminton court, gymnasium, F&B outlets, conference rooms, chalets, spa and a recreational park.
Taman Tunku Intan Safinaz is a housing estate within Bandar Darulaman. It is being developed for scheduled completion in 2021, when it will have a total of 1533 homes.
