Sungai Batu Pahat is a river that flows through the town of Batu Pahat, Johor. It is formed at the confluence of Sungai Simpang Kiri and Sungai Simpang Kanan.

The crocodile Buaya Tembaga, also known as Buaya Katak (Crocodylus porosus), has been spotted on Sungai Batu Pahat. This estuarine crocodile is one of the largest in the crocodile family.
