Machap (GPS: 1.88073, 103.2624) is a locality or neighbourhood in Simpang Renggam, Johor. It is about 9 km to the northwest of Simpang Renggam town centre. Machap comprises the old village and the new village or Kampung Baru. The place is mainly known for its dam, Empangan Machap. There is a recreational area that has been created beside the dam for public use.
