Lebuh Kota Iskandar is a highway in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. It is the main highway serving Kota Iskandar. Lebuh Kota Iskandar is a state road with the route code of J239. It starts in Gelang Patah, at the intersection with Jalan Gelang Patah, where it continues onwards as Jalan Nusa Perintis. From there, it bears east to intersect with Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar, at a diamond interchange, then curves in a clockwise direction to meet Lebuhraya Sultan Islandar again, at a roundabout. Branching out from Lebuh Kota Iskandar are Persiaran Dato Bentara Luar, Persiaran Dewan Negeri, Persiaran Dato' Menteri and Persiaran Laksamana, each serving a different part of Kota Iskandar.
