Loo Seng Hong (GPS: 5.42102, 100.33158; Chinese: 鲁城行) is a Chinese mason's guide in Penang. It occupies its own Art Deco-style building along Argyll Road, beside the Foochow Clan Association Building. Loo Seng Hong dates back to the early part of the 20th century, when artisans and craftsmen of various profession form guilds to look after mutual welfare.
