Kilang Kicap Kwan Loong is a sauce factory in Jelutong, Penang. It has been here for decades, from the time when Jelutong was a rural outskirts of George Town. Since then, the factory has seen its surrounding neighbourhood transform into a major residential neighbourhood of the city.

Kilang Kicap Kwan Loong produces a few types of soya sauce. It also produces fermented soyabean paste.
