Miya River is a major river in central Mie Prefecture, on the island of Honshu, Japan. It flows from Mount Odaigahara through the Osugi Valley. The river has been rated one of the cleanest in Japan five times since 2000.

The white rocks used in the Oshiraishi-mochi Festival at nearby Ise Grand Shrine comes from Miya River. The river is also a popular place to view cherry blossoms in early spring. The most popular spots are parks in Watarai and Ise. The riverside park at Ise has the most sakura trees in Mie Prefecture.
