The flight of stairs going down Ranamahal Ghat, Varanasi. (16 November, 2004)
Ranamahal Ghat is located south of Dashaswamedh Ghat, between Darbhanga Ghat and Chousaiti Ghat, along the Ganges in Varanasi.
Above Ranamahal Ghat is the octagonal bay windows of Hotel Elena, where visitors get rooms with superb views. I passed through Ranamahal Ghat when I explored the Ganges River on foot. I also passed through it by boat in the morning.
