Imphal (ইম্ফল) is the capital of Manipur, India. Located 786 meters (2,579 ft) above sea level, it has a population of about 270,000 people (2013 estimate).

Getting there

You can fly to Imphal from Kolkata and Guwahati on Indian Airlines. There are also flights by Air Deccan, Indigo and Jet Air.
