Horseback Riding in Penang

There are now at least two places where you can enjoy horse riding in Penang. The first is at the Penang Equestrian Club. The second is at Countryside Stables Penang in Sungai Burong, Balik Pulau.

The Penang Equestrian Club, which is part of the Penang Turf Club, has classes for adults and children (those aged below 18). There is a one-off joining fee of RM100 for adults and RM50 for children, and an annual fee of RM50 for adults and children.

Riding sessions are available at 30 minutes for adults and 45 minutes for groups. To know more, contact the Penang Equestrian Club at 04-827 6598.
