Have you seen Green Tea Pineapple Tarts? I am unfamiliar with it, but apparently my wife has. Today, one day after she made the regular pineapple tarts, my wife decided to make the green tea variety. They look like the regular rolled type, except they are green in colour, using green tea powder which is available from the baking supply shop.
