George Town Inner Ring Road

George Town Inner Ring Road is a proposed road connecting the Penang Undersea Tunnel to the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. It is one of the components of the Penang Transport Master Plan.

For much of the way, the George Town Inner Ring Road will be underground in the form of a two-way tunnel with entrances at Gurney Drive and Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway. An interchange is also planned for Anson Road.
