Bad Pyrmont is a city in the district of Hamelin-Pyrmont, in the state of Lower Saxony, Germany. It covers 61.96 sq km (23.92 sq mi) and has a population of 21,000 people (2012 estimate).

Bad Pyrmont is located on the River Emmer. It was a fashionable spa resort, particularly during the 17th and 18th centuries.

Bad Pyrmont is popular in northern Germany for producing mineral water under the Bad Pyrmont brand. The city has a renowned park. Also found in the city is an impressive castle in the Baroque style. Originally known simply as Pyrmont, the city of Bad Pyrmont traces its history to the Middle Ages.

From the city of Hamelin, take Route 1 heading southwest till junction with the L426. Continue on the L426 till you reach Bad Pyrmont.
