Lady Martina Water Limousine (2 November 2013)
E&O Straits Quay Water Limousine is a ferry service between the Eastern & Oriental Hotel and
Straits Quay. The water limousine service started on 7 August, 2013, and was launched by State Local Government and Traffic Management Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow.
The Lady Martina water limousine service, which was named after Captain Francis Light's significant other, Martina Rosells, offers guest of the hotel a chance to go to Straits Quay for shopping without having to pass through the gridlock of George Town traffic. Also, they get to view Penang Island from the sea.

In order to provide this water limousine service, the E&O constructed a pier at the hotel, at a cost of RM1.1 million. It also spent RM16 million for dredging works around the Straits Quay marina.
