Char Moy, also spelled Char Moi, is a delicious rice meal which we have from time to time. It means "fried porridge", because it is made with porridge that is stir-fried in the wok. Among the items in Char Moy include cuttlefish floss, chives. Our Char Moy recipe is right here.
