Prasat Sak Kraop (26 February, 2006)
Prasat Sak Kraop (GPS: 13.42622, 103.85817) is an insignificant Angkor ruin. It is located between Thma Bay Kaek and Prasat Bei. I just pass by it on the way between the two monuments. The ruins of Prasat Sak Kraop appear little more than a heap of stones.
Prasat Sak Kraop appeared like a doorway without a house. Beyond the doorway is the sanctuary, which today is just a platform with a standing lingga. I suppose there would once be a prasat over this, but it has long fallen apart.
