Baked Fish with Thyme

Baked Fish is a simple dish which we prepared for our dinner on 24 September, 2014. We brought the fish from the Jelutong Market. It comprises five whole fish which we baked lots of butter, a sprinkling of thyme, and slices of lime. We placed the fish on a layer of banana leaf in the baking tray. The fish is then eaten with a slab of wasabi mayonnaise. Delicious!
