Apple Puffs (18 December 2016)


It's Sunday afternoon, 18 December, 2016. We happen to have some leftover puff pastry at home, so my wife decided to make some apple puffs - also because she bought a lot of apples recently, and now decided she has bought more than she could finish. So she use both of these excess items and created a few apple puffs, drawing inspiration for the Asian Pies book by our friend Evonne Lyn Lee, who wrote it with her friend Sarah Lee.
