Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks is a group of national parks and provincial parks in Canada. It includes Banff National Park, Jasper National Park, Kootenay National Park, Yoho National Park, as well as Mount Robson Provincial Park, Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park and Hamber Provincial Park. An area of mountain ranges, glaciers, lakes, waterfalls, canyons and limestone caves, the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks were inscribed as World Heritage Sites during the 8th session of the World Heritage Committee which met in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 29 October to 2 November, 1984.
