The nearest markets are the Super Tanker Market and the Lip Sin Market. The nearest shopping mall is Queensbay Mall. Pan Palace Plaza is a community mall here. Petrol stations in Sungai Nibung includes the Mobil at Pantai Jerejak, the Caltex and the two Shell stations near the Bayan Baru Roundabout. The nearest hospital is Pantai Hospital in Bayan Baru.
Traffic
Traffic is perennially heave in the Lip Sin area, particularly with two Chinese schools in the area, Keong Hoe and Phor Tay. The Super Tanker market contributes to some congestion as well.
