Location
Park Avenue Apartment is 6 km from Magazine Circus. Although it is close to the city, and therefore ideal for those working in George Town, Park Avenue Apartment has specific drawbacks which would-be buyers should do well to consider. It all has to do with the location. The apartment is next to the Penang Botanic Gardens, so fitness enthusiasts should find it within walking distance. However, this being Penang, the road leading to the botanic gardens is often congested every evening as the gardens are a very popular recreation spot. A few times a year, Jalan Kebun Bunga is closed to traffic due to special events such as the Thaipusam celebrations - the processions terminate at the Balathandayuthapani Temple nearby - and the floral festivals, with make the whole road jammed.
Public Transport
Rapid Penang Bus 10 is the only bus now going to Jalan Kebun Bunga.
