Minden Gardens Residence (GPS: 5.3602, 100.29535) is an upscale serviced residential neighbourhood in Gelugor, Penang. Developed by PPM Realty, it comprises three-storey terrace and semi-detached houses on freehold land. The terrace units come in two configurations, named Teak and Rosewood, while the semi-detached units are called Juniper. Each unit here has four bedrooms and a built up area of 2,650 sqft. Being a serviced residence, there is a maintenance fee of RM200 per month.
