Laman Brasmana (GPS: 6.39466, 100.1287) is the esplanade in Kuala Perlis. Located beside the sea along Jalan Kuala Perlis, it is paved with places that are landscaped with greenery. The open space is managed by the Kuala Perlis Municipal Council.

A jetty leads from the esplanade to Ocean Glow Putra Basmana, a platform above the water belonging to the nearby Putra Brasmana Hotel. The jetty is popular with anglers.
