Jambul Court is an six-storey apartment located between Bukit Jambul and Relau, Penang. Not to be confused with BJ Court, Jambul Court is located off Persiaran Bukit Jambul, across the road from Jambul View. Each unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Total built up area per unit is 850 square feet. It was built in 1999, and like Jambul View, was repainted in 2006. Maintenance fee is RM90 per month.

Location
Jambul Court is 14.4 km from Magazine Circus. Persiaran Bukit Jambul has a long queue every morning due to the Bukit Jambul-Relau junction, making it hard for vehicles coming out from Jambul Court to turn right. You may have to exit by turning left or use Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim. It is of manageable distance for those working in Bayan Lepas, and slightly far for those working in the city.
Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is a good 300 meters away. The buses pass through Jalan Tun Dr Awang and Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, the two main roads here. Rapid Penang Bus 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 308 and 704 pass within the vicinity. For some of these routes you need to walk to the bus stop at Jalan Tun Dr Awang.
Amenities
The nearest school is Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Min Shin, right out front. The nearest market is the Bayan Baru Market. The nearest petrol station is Esso Sungai Nibong Kecil. The nearest shopping centre is Bukit Jambul Complex, while the nearest hospital is Pantai Hospital.
Traffic
The main roads surrounding Relau are all heavily congested in the morning and evening, due in part to traffic passing through from Paya Terubong and Balik Pulau towards Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone.
