Grove Road is a minor road in the outer fringes of George Town. It was developed out of plantation land in the post-war years of the mid 20th century from former plantation land, when the city of George Town was expanding outwards.

Grove Road links Ayer Itam Road to Batu Lanchang Lane. It is best recognised as the road located immediately after the Penang State Mosque, if you are coming up Ayer Itam Road from George Town.

Among the sights along Grove Road include the Chung Hwa Confucian School B, the Red Crescent Society and the St John Ambulance. Grove Road emerges at Batu Lanchang Lane just north of the field of the Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Technical Secondary School.
