You can use the coastal expressway to quickly reach the city, but that would not be a good option for evening rush hour, particularly on Fridays, when commuters rush to use the Penang Bridge.

If you depend on public transport, you have to walk down to Jalan Tun Dr Awang to catch the bus. Rapid Penang Bus 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308 and 705 are the buses that you can take

Traffic

Traffic along Persiaran Bukit Jambul is heavy during the morning and evening rush hour. The road is very congested in the morning, with motorist travelling down the road from Paya Terubong and Relau. The number of traffic lights along Jalan Tun Dr Awang further slows down traffic.
