What is Beef Ball Noodles
Beef Ball Noodles can only be found at one stall in Penang, the one at Ho Ping Coffee Shop at Kampong Malabar.
The noodles are available in both the "dry" and "wet" versions, pretty much like Wan Tan Mee. The dry version of the noodle is served accompanied by another bowl of soup with beef balls, while the noodles are topped with minced beef and lettuce garnishing. The wet version has the noodle in a beef ball soup.
The beef ball noodle is served with a chilli-sauce dip.
