Bayan Baru Roundabout, Penang

Bayan Baru Roundabout is the biggest roundabout on Penang Island. It connects Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah with Jalan Tun Dr Awang and the Bayan Lepas Expressway. The Bayan Lepas Elevated Highway is also part of Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah at the Bayan Baru Roundabout.

The Bayan Baru Roundabout was built to ensure smooth traffic in the Bayan Baru township. It was created in the late 1970's, but has been modified a few times over the decades.
