The outlets are flanked by anchor tenants on either ends, the first of which, Giant Superstore Farlim, began operations on 30 May, 2012.

All Seasons Place is strategically located in a fast-developing part of Farlim, surrounded by residential projects under development or about to be completed. Among them include BL Avenue, BL Garden, Boulevard Condominium and Melody Homes, not to mention All Seasons Park itself. The project is located 5.4 km from Komtar. It serves as a suburban commercial development for the surrounding neighbourhood.

Public Transport to All Seasons Place

At the moment, there is no bus route through this section of Lebuhraya Thean Teik, but as the population increases, a new bus route may be added.

Traffic

Traffic along Lebuhraya Thean Teik is heavy for much of the day, particularly during rush hours.
