La Hot Spring (GPS: 5.51681, 102.53519), or Kolam Air Panas La, is a natural hot spring within the Gunung Tebu Forest Reserve, about 140 km to the north of Kuala Terengganu. The nearest main town to it is Kuala Besut. To reach it, take state road T7 followed by T5 through oil palm plantations.

The water of La Hot Spring is said to contain natural sulphur with healing properties which is good for a number of ailments such as rheumatism. The water of the hot spring cascades into a cool hill stream.
