Taman Universiti is situated within the SS3 area of western Petaling Jaya, approximately 13 kilometres southwest of Dataran Merdeka in Kuala Lumpur. It is bordered by SS2 to the east, SS4 to the west, Taman Bahagia to the south and Kelana Jaya to the southwest.
