Masjid Jamek Tebok Haji Musa (GPS: 5.1056, 100.45208) is a mosque in the village of Titi Serong in Parit Buntar, Perak. It is located along Jalan Terusan, also called Perak State Route A191. The prayer hall of Masjid Jamek Tebok Haji Musa has a double tier hip roof with wooden ornamentation in the eaves. It has an attractive hexagonal minaret with three small windows on each face. The minaret is topped with a pointed roof with the crescent moon emblem.
