Masjid Al-Islah (GPS: 5.13145, 100.47959) is a mosque in Permatang Tok Mahat in Parit Buntar. The mosque sits on the border between Perak and Penang, with its entrance in Perak but the building itself within Nibong Tebal, Penang. The signage however regards it as being in Nibong Tebal.
