It serves the Muslim community of Medan Klebang Restu, a housing neighbourhood in the suburb of Chemor. It is located along Laluan Kelabgn Restu 1. The prayer hall has a porch with arches, and a single-tier hip roof topped with a cup-shared onion dome.
