Kek Look Seah, Ipoh, Perak (19 October, 2018)
Kek Look Seah (GPS: 4.5808, 101.07748; Chinese: 極樂社) is a major Chinese temple in Ipoh, Perak. Located in Happy Garden, it is a temple of the Mahayana branch of Buddhism. Kek Look Seah comprises a number of buildings, many of which are stylized representations of the lotus flower.
One of the main buildings is a three-storey meditation centre called Míng Xīn Táng 明心堂. Kek Look Seah has a 7-storey octagonal pagoda which is green in colour, and called Bǎi Shòu Táng 百壽堂, which is a columbarium.
