Jalan Raja Ashman Shah is a major road on the northern part of Ipoh, Perak. It runs from the Jalan Raja Musa Aziz roundabout to Bulatan Sultan Abdul Aziz, where it meets Jalan Raja Dihilir and Jalan Towers. In between, it forms junctions with Jalan Kamaruddin Isa, Jalan Greentown, Jalan Dato Seri Ahmad Said, Jalan Ghazali Jawi, Jalan Chin Choon Sam, Jalan Stadium Perak and Jalan Lee Kwee Foh.

Jalan Raja Ashman Shah was originally known as Ashby Road. It was named after the first Secretary of the Kinta Sanitary Board, William John Bernard Ashby. The road was later renamed Jalan Hospital named after the Ipoh Hospital, also called Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, which borders the road on its western end. Then in 2012, it was renamed in memory of the former Raja Kechil Sulong of Perak, Raja Ashman Shah (1958-2012), who passed away that year.
