Masjid Batu Gajah (12 August 2017)
Masjid Batu Gajah (GPS: 4.46895, 101.04324) is the main mosque for the town of Batu Gajah, Perak. It is also known by its official name, Masjid Toh Puan Besar Hatijah. The mosque is located on Jalan Besar, the main road in town. Masjid Batu Gajah was rebuilt at a larger scale in recent years. The present building is two storeys tall, and topped with a bowl-shaped gilded dome. The mosque also has a seven-tier minaret, likewise topped with a gilded dome.
