Megaliths can be found all over the country. On this page is a very short list of the megaliths I have had the chance to visit. I provide here a map as well as the map coordinates in case you wish to visit them yourself.
Cherok Tokun Relics 
GPS: 5.352123, 100.476684This is the southernmost of the Bujang Valley relics discovered so far.

GPS: 2.94222, 101.69767Lawn at Taman Putra Perdana di Putrajaya, where some 80 megaliths from various places in Negeri Sembilan have been relocated.
