Plaza Pekeliling (GPS: 3.1729, 101.69259) is a high-rise building in the Pekeliling neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. The 18-storey building was built in 1982. There is a branch of AmAssurance occupying a suite on the 7th floor. In addition to the tower block, the plaza also includes a 4-storey podium, where the tenants include a Maybank and a few clinics.
Plaza Pekeliling was owned by GCP Tower Sdn Bhd until March 2015, when it was purchased by Fitters Building Services Sdn Bhd1 for RM28.28 million. Fitters intends to refurbish Plaza Pekeliling and turn it into a SOHO for value discerning customers. The purchase includes all 70 office lots and 363 parking bays.
